We are currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Support professional to join our dynamic Field Application Team. As a Technical Support professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support to product development team and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming and flashing devices
  • Preparing orders based on custom requirements
  • Assembling devices
  • Unboxing devices for shipment
  • Conducting outdoor tests and mechanical testing
  • Providing support to the Field Application Team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related field
  • Some experience in technical support or a related field
  • Knowledge of programming (C, Python languages)
  • Experience with device assembly and testing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
